Instant payments for the work you've done.

You finish treatment and create the claim. Autumn pays you instantly at your agreed rate and collects from insurance. We review the treatment plan up front, like a pre-auth, so you know what we'll pay. Your free claims review gives you the rate before you sign.

Here's how you get paid.

Autumn runs your insurance billing and reviews the treatment plans. When you create a claim for completed work we've agreed to buy, we pay you instantly at your agreed rate.

  1. Step 1

We review your claims for free

We look at your claims, denials, underpayments, and unposted EOBs. You get the findings within 1 business day, and they're yours to keep.

  2. Step 2

    You see your rate

We use the review and your claim volume to work out what we'll pay. You see the rate before you sign anything.

  3. Step 3

    We set up the account

If you want to move forward, we sign the agreements and open a shared account for payments from insurers.

  4. Step 4

    We review the treatment plans

Autumn runs your insurance billing. We check coverage and review the work so we can tell you which claims we'll buy.

  5. Step 5

    You get paid instantly

Once treatment is complete and the claim is created, Autumn pays you at your agreed rate. You can see the payout beside the expected reimbursement for each claim.

  6. Step 6

    We collect from insurance

We submit the claim and handle the EOB, follow-up, and any appeal. If the insurer denies a claim we bought, the loss is ours.

Two costs worth a closer look.

How much time are you losing to insurance billing?

Calling insurance. Sending attachments. Following up again. It can feel like just part of the day.

But what does it add up to?

How much money is insurance holding back?

Every unpaid claim leaves you covering the cost of care. Payroll and lab bills come due whether insurance pays you or not.

What actually came back?

See what we'd pay for your claims.

We'll review your claims and give you a rate. The review is free, and you keep the findings whether you work with us or not.
