Stop waiting on insurance claims. Autumn buys every claim you send and pays your practice that day.

No more chasing denials. If the insurer denies a claim, the loss is ours. Autumn runs your insurance billing and checks each claim before it goes out, so we can buy it the day it is submitted.

How it works

Six steps, from a free review of all your claims to money in the bank.

We can only buy claims we trust, and we trust them because we build them. That is why the whole thing starts with a review and runs on Autumn doing your billing.

  1. Step 1

A free review of all your claims

You sign the review documents, then pick how we connect: our HIPAA-compliant review software on your server, or a login to your clearinghouse. Either way we read every claim, denial, underpayment, and unposted EOB, and report what each is worth and what it takes to collect. Results within 1 business day, free, yours to keep whether or not you sign.

  2. Step 2

    We assign your rate

From the review and your monthly claim volume we assign one rate for buying your claims. We show it to you before anything is signed. No tiers, no fine print.

  3. Step 3

Agreements and a shared bank account

If everyone is happy, we sign the agreements and open a shared bank account. From then on, that account is where the payers send their payments.

  4. Step 4

    We run your claims

Autumn takes over your insurance billing: coverage verified before the visit, each claim built and checked, then submitted. That is the one condition.

  5. Step 5

Paid the same day, moving forward

For every treatment plan we think we can get approved, we pay you the same day the claim goes out. Your cash stops depending on the payer's schedule.

  6. Step 6

    We collect from the payer

The EOB, the follow-up, and the appeal if it is denied are ours to handle. The payer's money lands in the shared account, and the wait moves from your ledger to ours.

Two costs worth a closer look.

How much time are you losing to insurance billing?

Calling insurance. Sending attachments. Following up again. It can feel like just part of the day.

But what does it add up to?

How much money is insurance holding back?

Every unpaid claim leaves you covering the cost of care. Payroll and lab bills come due whether insurance pays you or not.

What actually came back?
